MEET DR KLASMAN
Dr. Klasman earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. Prior to this she received her pre-med training at Notre Dame College, in Manchester, NH and her B.S. in Education with a concentration in Cardiovascular Health and Fitness from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. While at Bastyr University she did specialty training in HIV, Immune Health, Diabetes, Cardiovascular Care, Gerontology, and cranial sacral therapy. She has since done additional training in Endocrine Disorders, Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), Lyme Disease Support, and Functional Medicine. Dr. Klasman is a member of AANP (American Assocication of Naturopathic Doctors) and NHAND (New Hampshire Association of Naturopathic Doctors) where she has served as both Secretary and Treasurer.
Dr. Klasman believes in identifying the underlying cause of illness and removing the obstacles to healing. She strives to establish a partnership in health with her patients. By developing an individualized treatment plan that works with each patient's needs and goals, she helps her patients to become an active part in their healing process. Therapies include diet and lifestyle counseling, nutritional supplementation, botanical medicine, homeopathy, and if necessary some pharmaceutical medications. Dr. Klasman believes not only in treating disease, but also in creating health and wellness.
When Dr. Klasman isn’t busy helping her patients create health, she can usually be found somewhere outdoors enjoying some adventure that likely involves running, hiking, cycling, kayaking, camping or snowshoeing.
